Mid-Valley Placement & Staffing, Inc. offers employers and employees three services: Temporary Employment, Temporary-Hire Employment and Direct Hire Employment. What ever your needs, MVPs have you covered!

Temporary Employment

What ever you reason being, if your in need of a temporary employee, MVPs is the place to go. We can offer you temporary employment ranging from one day to what ever extent you desire. With our temporary employment option, you can contact one of our placement specialist and give us the information about the job order and we will provide the employee. If you need to cover a maternity leave or a call-in, we have you covered. We specialize in covering positions for the allied-healthcare, nursing and clerical industry, but have even been known to cover medical technologist positions.

Temporary-Hire Employment

If you are looking to fill a vacant position, this might be the service for you. With our temporary-to-hire employment option, you tell us the position you would like filled and we will send you resumes of applicants that we recommend. Once you have selected the applicant, our employee will be assigned to your office for ninety days. During that ninety days, you have the opportunity to evaluate this employee and decide if he/she is truly what you and your staff are looking to hire.

If at the end of the ninety days, you decide the employee meets your expectations, as we are confident they will, the employee will move to your payroll and become a permanent employee of yours. This transition occurs with no additional charge to you. In addition, if during the ninety day period, you decide that you would like to transition the employee to your payroll early, MVPs provides a early transition clause, which will allow the employee to enter your employment prior to the expiration of the ninety day period.

Direct Hire or Permanent Placement

With our direct hire employment service, if you are looking for an employee and do not want to delay the employee from moving to your payroll, you can choose the direct hire approach. Our direct hire service is offered to you for one low fee. The cost of the direct hire will be based upon the wage and hours that you anticipate the employee working.

Our direct hire process includes all of the same services as the temporary-to-hire service, including, extensive interviewing, proficiency testing, reference checks, drug tests and criminal background screening.

When you decide that the direct hire approach is for you, you can contact MVPs and place your job order. Once you have placed the job order, our placement specialist will go to our database of applicants and select a few applicants that meet your criteria. They will then fax you a copy of the resumes of the selected applicants. Once you have interviewed the applicants that you choose, if you decide that a particular applicant would be your favor, we will coordinate for you the rest of the process.
