Q: Do the services cost money to the employee or applicant?
A: No, all of our services are employer paid.

Q: By signing up with MVPs, am I bound to work only with Mid-Valley Placement & Staffing, Inc.
A: Absolutely not! By signing up with MVPs, you are eligible to work for other employment services and/or employers. By signing up with MVPs, all you are stating is that we may send your resumes out on our jobs and work in conjunction with you and potential employers to secure you a career.

Q: Do all employees get sent out on every job?
A: Unfortunately, no. MVPs commits to only send resumes to potential employers that in our professional opinion are likely to be chosen. This is based upon your experience, career desire, hours, wage, etc.

Q: Do I have to take a job that I interview for?
A: No, if you do not feel that you will be happy with a position that we send you on, inform the placement specialist you are working with. Our goal is to make the employee and employer happy, after all it is together the combined happiness that makes an employment experience successful.
